How Do I Return My Order?
Need to return an order? no problem. We ask that you take care of the shipping, unless there was an error on our part. Repackage your new and unused paddle in the box it came in, and send to the address provided. Once received we will send you a confirmation email, and will issue a full refund with 14 business days. If you have any questions about the return process, please contact our customer service team for assistance. We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, but if you are not, we are here to help.

What Qualifies For an Eligible Return?
We will accept new and unused paddles in its original packaging. Every order is personally inspected before shipping, because if you're not happy, we're not happy!
Are There Any Shipping Costs?
For orders under $100 a shipping cost of $9.95 is charged.
All orders over $100 will be delivered for free.
How Can I Track My Order?
As soon as your order is shipped we will send you a track & trace code by email. This way you can track your order.
Keep in mind that it can take up to 48 hours before the track & trace is available. Can't track your package after 48h? Please send us an email to support@rostonathleticclub.com and we will contact the shipping company.
What Does Roston's Warranty Look Like?
We have a 60 day manufacturers warranty against defects. We do not cover normal wear and tear, paddle abuse, or damage due to paddle modifications.
